  • Instructor travel, lodging, transportation, necessary permits and special logistics: additional when applicable

The base day rate covers one photographer, personalized field instruction and standard pre-trip photographic planning. Travel expenses are not included; actual required expenses and significant travel time are quoted separately before booking.

This custom-guided rate applies to private photography experiences, not to established workshop products.
