The winter flagship

Learn the whole decision, not just the camera setting.

Ryan teaches you to read wind, open water, light and behavior before an eagle ever enters the frame. Then you build the camera setup, tracking technique and editing workflow to finish the image with confidence.

What the day includes

A private field day

Less waiting.
More learning.

01

Read the river

Understand where birds are likely to feed, launch and bank based on wind, water and light.

02

Build the shot

Set exposure and autofocus for the conditions, then refine timing through direct feedback.

03

Finish the frame

Use the included recorded editing session to turn field decisions into a complete workflow.

Workshop experience

“Since the workshop my photography has been taken to a whole new level. Ryan is down to earth, genuinely in love with the art and that love really shows in his teaching.”
